STEP 1
MICROBIAL DISCOVERY
Our proprietary pipeline can isolate and identify thousands of microbes in a faster and less expensive way than conventional approaches. By exploring different natural environments, we have access to a huge diversity of novel microbes with multiple applications.

IDENTIFICATION OF LEAD STRAINS
Symbiomics is focused on persistent and robust-colonizing microbes. Our pipeline selects strains that can efficiently compete with natural plant and soil microbiota, robustly colonize plants, and provide a clear benefit in productivity. Our microbial strains are selected and developed for superior compatibility with seed treatments and chemicals in diverse formulations.

GENOME SEQUENCING AND DATA ANALYSIS
Symbiomics is a data-driven company. We generate thousands of data from microbial genomes, microbial diversity analysis and experiments. By combining sequencing technologies, machine learning and other analytical tools, we generate insights about the best combination of microbes for a specific application. The genome sequencing gives us access to the full repertoire of microbial functions, genes and molecules that have potential applications to agriculture.

PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Our products are designed with microbes that are compatible with agricultural practices and that display long shelf-life and tolerance against diverse stressful conditions for a long-standing benefit to plants.

Our team is engaged in small- and large-scale field trials for testing and improving our technology. Symbiomics performs field sampling and data analyses for validation of product robustness and to assure quality in terms of agricultural demands.
